I’m Kelly Lopez of Leading Edge Inspections, LLC, and I’m committed to ensuring that my clients truly know what they are buying. I realize that every property is different, and treat yours accordingly, inspecting it as though it were my own. From the ground up I’m familiar with all the structural components and major systems of a home, and I know how to investigate and identify possible problems within these systems. A seasoned professional, I’m proud to provide truly personalized service, the opposite of any “mechanical” method. Reliable and flexible, I make it a point to allow for extra time between inspections.

As an Arizona state-certified home inspector, I am very well received in my service area of metropolitan Phoenix, including Maricopa and Pima counties and Casa Grande, Arizona City, Maricopa, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale, Phoenix, Peoria, and Avondale. I specialize in residential (single and multi-family) properties and light commercial (offices, restaurants, etc).

My background has prepared me well for the unique challenges of home inspection: after 20 years in the Navy maintaining nuclear power submarines, I spent four years supervising the building of semiconductor factories for Intel. Because I am committed to consumer education, I urge you to be present at the inspection, as it is a valuable educational experience during which you can ask questions on the spot and better understand my report. I focus on helping you avoid costly mistakes, thus empowering you to make sound decisions. If necessary, I will arrange for a full termite inspection. My easy-to-read and extremely thorough, detailed Inspectview narrative report has a summary page and digital photography. Summaries can be printed on site, with the full report available the following day.
