Leading Edge Inspectors are trained to inspect all major items inside and outside of the home as designated and in the relevant Standards of Practice. Our home inspectors go through a vigorous supervised training program designed to pack 5-years of traditional home inspection experiences into 12-months. We carry Professional Liability Insurance and are also members of regional, national, state, and provincial associations. Our inspectors have lockbox access for your convenience. PDF generated reports are ready for delivery at the end of the inspection in most cases. Utilizing the latest report writing system, clients that are not able to attend the inspection can follow along with online during the inspection. Scheduling, inspection agreements, and payment methods have never been easier. We take all major credit cards and are fully insured.
